Seniors: If you are planning to continue your education by going to a college, university, trade school, or even the military. You are eligible to apply for local scholarships! There are 2 Scholarships that have opened as of Dec. 1st! (There will be more local scholarships available Feb. 7th) Don't wait to apply for these scholarships and miss out on the opportunity to help fund your post-high school education. Keep in mind these deadlines are firm. Late applications will not be accepted. Information has been sent to seniors via email. See Mrs. Derkacy in Student Services with any questions. The last day for students prior to Winter Break will be Thursday, December 21st. On this day, the Peotone Early Education will not be in session; however, all other buildings will operate on a Common Plan Schedule.

Due to a planned COMED outage, phone and internet services will be down at the District Office, Transportation Department, and PJHS. We anticipate that these services will be down from 9:00am-2:00pm. In case of an emergency, please contact the PHS Main Office at 708-258-3236.

Peotone School District is partnering with the Orland Park Dental Program to provide dental services to our students. If you would like your student to participate in the program this year, please use the link provided. Today the AP Biology and Vet science class took a field trip to the Brookfield zoo! Students have been learning about animal handling, behavior, and species recognition in class and were able to apply this to some hands on learning!
