High School Orientation Night was on Wednesday, January 10, 2018. The PHS Administration and School Counselors gave a presentation on the transition from junior high to high school. Attention Juniors & Seniors:

Attention Seniors:

The PHS Local Scholarship applications for the Class of 2018 are now available in the Guidance Office and online. Most local scholarships are due on Friday, March 23, 2018 and will be awarded at Senior Awards Night, unless otherwise noted. All seniors are encouraged to check out the Scholarship Opportunities page for more information!

Financial Aid Information: Beginning October 1, 2017 seniors and their families are able to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). It is strongly recommended that all college bound students complete this application before December 1st. Check out the website below for important information and changes regarding the FAFSA:

NASP Tips for Educators and Families of Adolescents:

Recently, the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP) sent out a public service announcement regarding the Netflix Series, "13 Reasons Why."    The announcement details the contents of the show and book. Each family and child is unique, and censorship of television, books, and media is a personal decision made by and for each family. However, we felt it prudent to share the NASP's message and tips for educators and families of adolescents so everyone is aware. The message from NASP is listed below:
