PHS ANNOUNCEMENTS  Wednesday, November 29th


Good Morning PHS Students and Staff!


Congrats to the girls Varsity and JV bowling teams on their big wins over Crete-Monee Monday. Natalie Klootwyk led the Varsity team with a 186 average, followed by Rebecca Taylor with a high score of 212 and an average of 174. Megan Smaga and Sophie Stack rounded off the team both with a 168 average. Awesome Job Ladies! The girls will be bowling against Evergreen Park Today.


Do you enjoy watching sports? Have an interest in medicine? Then join the Sports

Medicine Club. For more information, see Ashley Greenwood after school this

week in the athletic training room.


The Peotone Schools Barnes & Noble Book Fair will be held this Saturday, December 2 at the Bradley store from 10:00 - 2:00. The Junior High Choir will perform at 10:00 followed by guest readers and other fun activities throughout the day. Santa will also be stopping by to read a story around 11:00! More information is on the district website.


There will be a SkillsUSA meeting tomorrow morning at 7:45am in the IT Shop.


TAD meeting Thursday morning at 7:50.  T-shirts are ready for pick-up.


A Representative from Indiana State University will be at PHS on Friday

December 1st at 9:20am for a college visit. Please see your counselor

if you have any questions.


Orders are being taken in the office for Adopt A Soldier T-Shirts and Hoodies! Please place your

order and support our Troops!


Please support Suicide Awareness and purchase a T-Shirt to wear at the December 19th basketball

game. T-Shirts are $10 and can be purchased in the office.


Yearbooks are on sale during lunches this week  through December 1st."Time is almost up to buy your yearbooks for $60 before prices go up in January!! They are being sold during lunches this week!!"


There will be a PTO Pancake Breakfast here at the High School on December 9th. Volunteers are needed please sign up in the office.


Any student enrolled in the JJC Head Start on College Course second semester needs to

turn in their registration form and money to Ms. Schultz by friday, Dec. 1st.


Attention College bound Seniors: Now is the time to be completing your 2018 -2019

Free Application for Federal Student Aid. You can access the application at It is highly recommended that you complete this application

by December 1st. If you have questions, please see your counselor.
